However, teenagers have experienced the impact due to their significant intake and drug abuse involvement. Anxiety and depression among teenagers and the youths have played a role in ensuring that the youths have been indulged in drug and substance abuse. Due to the significant risk of addiction, teenagers have consistently encountered the lethal effects of addiction across the globe. As a result, it is instrumental in analyzing all the impacts of addiction among teenagers and establishing ways to prevent them from drug and substance abuse addiction.

Personal behaviors and memories are instrumental in guiding how people relate to society. Additionally, increased drug and substance abuse levels cause the reactions within the brain’s functions and attribute to stimulation, hallucination, and energy effects (Hazelden Betty Ford). There will always be negative facts about drugs. It’s a major concern. From age 15 and up of deaths from accidents suicides mainly involve drugs and the reasons why because of anxiety, depression, bullying, tramua, and mainly peer pressure and this causes teenager to phase a lot of brain damage, late puberty, addiction, emotional and physical problems. For example, the drugs substance teenages and adults use that are common in society is marijuana, cocaine , Percocet lean, and many more. Drug addiction mainly affects teenagers and there the pathway of the

brain, Using any types of drugs causes the brain encounters which affect personal behaviors and memory (Hazelden Betty Ford). Also affects human behaviors such as sleeping and eating. In most situations, it mainly causes the addict to have more sleep, and this is aimed at ensuring that the addict gets pleasure, and this highly motivates the teenagers who want to evade the reality of life and stress. Teenagers believe that this type of feeling is a way to escape from reality of life and the more substance they consume, the more it pushes them away from society and a life ahead of them.

Drug addiction appears to pose some other physical effects visible by society among teenagers. Addiction causes feelings of sorrow, resulting in intense or low cravings for food due to continued despair and isolation (HelpGuide). This feeling is not good for the human body and that they are not worth being associated with the nonusers in society, forcing them to isolate themselves. \The addict is maybe prone to developing some mood swings where an individual may turn to be extremely happy at once or start losing interest in activities that they were previously happy to engage in. In the results of that I wanna encourage people to reduce the numerous amount of drug use consumed. Our society should come together and help people who are severely in need of help to prevent mental health problems. Teenagers nowadays may not want to listen but we want to make them feel comfortable and not be judged in the way that we make them look different. “Group sessions may include fun games that would boost the confidence of teenagers. Basically teens will be ensured that they are worth so much more and that there are alternatives rather than using drugs. This method will help realize their mistakes and motivate them to stop consuming drugs”.

I remember coming home one time sitting down at my table eating dinner. I looked into my brother’s eyes and they were so red. At first I didn’t know what it was but I knew he wasn’t

the person I know as my brother, he started acting not like himself and smelt very weird. I thought he was just sick. He was going through a cold. He’ll be all normal tomorrow the next day he came home with red eyes again and a smell stronger than yesterday and that’s when I asked “why do you smell like that?” He told me not to worry about and mind my business. As I grew older and started to learn about different types of drugs. I realized that my brother was smoking a drug called marijuana and he became addicted to the point where before he went to school he’ll smoke, before he goes to bed he’ll smoke before he eats he’ll smoke, and it’s just become an everyday hobby for him. My mother eventually got tired of it and told him it’s either you stop or you get kicked out the house. It was the biggest fight that ever broke up in my home. I was scared but I didn’t want my brother to leave so I knew I had to do something about it. and the result of that I try to help my brother put down marijuana and be more productive and help him get a career that he was interested in instead of staying home doing nothing. After many years he finally found something that made him happy. Which was becoming a media creator in video games etc. He’s currently doing great and making money off of it and even though he still smokes weed he’s not as addictive as he was before. I realized it’s not something he’s going to stop doing for the rest of his life because he loves marijuana who knows, but at least he’s doing better than ever and he’s at a place where my mom, everyone in my family and I are happy for him.

In conclusion, teenagers have been the most vulnerable group in society towards becoming drug abuse addicts. Addiction of teenagers to drug and substance abuse poses excellent risks because most of their body organs are still developing, and they are likely to encounter some lethal effects. As we come together to resolve this issue we should make a change for the whole world of teenagers and adults.
